Invitation: Have a direct influence on policy regarding immigration and refugee matters in Iceland

To ensure the voices of immigrants and refugees are reflected in the policy on the matters of this group, conversation and consultation with immigrants and refugees themselves is very important.

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour would like to invite you to a Focus Group Discussion on the matters of refugees in Iceland. The aim of the policy is to provide people, who settle here, the opportunity to better integrate (inclusion) and actively participate in both society in general and the labour market.

Your input is greatly valued. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct influence on policy regarding immigration and refugee matters and participate in shaping a future vision.

The discussion will be held in Reykjavík on Wednesday February 7th, from 17:30-19:00 at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (Address: Síðumúli 24, Reykjavík).

Further information about the discussion group and how to register can be found in the documents below, in various languages. Note: Registration deadline is 5th of February (limited space available)
