Last chance to enrol in the University Gateway program – New study program hosted by Bifröst University

Bifröst University is continuing with it´s new study program University Gateway, aimed specifically at foreigners residing in Iceland who want to increase their job opportunities by furthering their education.

The program is a preparatory program for university studies, taught in English, for those who have not finished high school or have a high school diploma from outside the EU. The program also serves as a preparatory program for those who have finished high school but would like to get back into the rhythm of studying and be prepared for university studies in Iceland.

This program has been run in Icelandic for many years and has helped prepare many Icelanders for university studies. Students can complete their studies in just over eight months, which are two semesters. The application deadline is on 15 June. Classes begin on 13 August and end in late April 2022.

Students can choose between distance learning or on-campus studies. For those who would choose on-campus studies, Bifröst offers quality student housing at affordable prices.
